When a slate element that uses a png with a transparency the edges have a black outline. When the Widget3DPassThrough material is applied to the widget the effect is lessened, but is the outline still there.

1. Import a png with colored transparency (TestPNG).
2. Create a widget with a full sized image that uses TestPNG (TestWidget).
3. Create an actor with a world space widget component that uses TestWidget.
4. Apply the Widget3DPass to TestWidget.
5. Place the actor in the world.
Result: The image has a black outline.
Expected: The image doesn't have a black outline.
