Niagara ribbons flicker when receiving location events and not inheriting parent's normalized age

Ribbons that disable Inherit Parent Normalized Age flicker off when one ribbon reaches the end of its lifetime. This seems to be tied to the texture coordinates used in the default material, and offsetting the UVs by age. Removing the TexCoord node in the ribbon material or specifying a UV0TilingDistance appear to prevent the flickering.

1. Open the Niagara map in the Content Examples project
2. Navigate to the Location Event System (2.4)
3. Open the system in the Niagara editor
4. Uncheck "Inherit Parent Normalized Age"
5. Wait until a ribbon finishes

RESULT

All other ribbons will flicker off.
