I do not know what happen here and I need the help of the rendering team to debug this issue. There is no log at all even with -d3debug
If you import the file SK_LOD_Morph_Working.fbx its a similar setup in Maya but its working fine in both CPU and GPU vertex factory.
Import the attach file SK_LOD_Morph_Broken.fbx with the following options to true
open the skeletalmesh
change the morph slider name fat to 1.0
switch LOD from 0 to 1 and to 2
show the normal (this will switch to CPU skin vertex factory)
switch LOD from 0 to 1 and to 2
RESULT: in GPU vertex factory only the LOD 0 morph are working, In CPU vertex factory all LOD moprh are working
EXPECTED: The morph is working on all LOD in GPU or CPU vertex factory
