Custom Launch Profiles lose selected projects after first re-open of the editor

Selected project resets in a custom project launcher profile only after the first time restarting the editor. 

Tested: 4.24.1 CL#10757647 4.25 CL#10873002

1.Open Project Launcher Click on plus sign button in custom profiles area to create new custom profile

2. In profile settings the currently opened project should be selected

3. Close profile settings and rename profile from generic "New Profile" to something more relevant

4. Close Uneal Editor and re-open it with the same project

5. Check newly created profile settings

Results: the project has reverted to Any Project, until you re-select after the first time restarting the editor

Expected: The settings to be saved.
