If a post process volume is set to use a material shader, reducing the screen percentage while in VR Preview will shift the coordinates left/right.
1. Open UE4 Editor
2. Create a new Material
3. Set Material Domain to post process
4. Import attached file into the project
5. From the content browser drag attached file into the material
6. Connect RGBA pin of Texture Sample to Emissive Color of the material node
7. Save and close the material
8. Add post processing volume to scene
9. In details panel check the "Unbound" checkbox in the Post Process Volume section
10. In the Misc. section of details, add new Blendable element
11. Set the material created as element 0
12. Click the dropdown next to Play to set play mode to VR Preview
13. Once the window pops up, press console key to open console
14. type "r.screenpercentage 90" in console
