The problem is that the camera is evaluated when the sequencer is played, but the animation does not seem to play properly.
It seems that the licensee found this problem when implementing it in C++, but it seems that the problem also occurs with playing sequencer on blueprint.
1. Open attached the project.

This is a project where Sequencer is played after 0.5 seconds when PIE is executed.
