Dragging + Dropping a file with special characters to import on Mac results in Error.
"LogFactory: Error: Can't find file 'filepath' for import"
Workaround: Click 'Import' in content browser instead of dragging+dropping file
Confirmed on Mojave and Catalina.
Did not occur on Windows.
Result: Failed to import error
