Blackboard SelfActor key is not correctly being set

REGRESSION: Does not occur in 4.24

The Blackboard Self Actor key is not automatically getting set in the AI Controller.

1. Download and extract the attached project.
2. Open the project in editor.
3. Play in viewport.

RESULT

String is printed "Self Actor:" with the Character's display name not being filled.

EXPECTED

String to be printed fully: "Self Actor: AICharacter".
