The fbx exporter should support material instance to export the same result has the user see in the content browser or in the level editor.
RESULT: The fbx file will use the base material color instead of the material instance override color
EXPECTED: The fbx file use the material instance color

drop the staticmesh in a level
change the UStaticmeshComponent Material override to use a different material with a different color
select the staticmesh actor
Click menu File->Export Selected
Export to a fbx file
RESULT: The fbx file do not use the component overriden material color
