Description

When both an object and one of its components have transform tracks, exporting to an FBX will have inconsistent results. 

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project
  2. Open /Game/Cinematics/Takes/2020-07-27/Scene_1_03
  3. Export the camera as an FBX (Right click the camera's node and select export)
  4. Open the FBX in Maya

RESULT

The camera will not rotate in Maya, even though it has a rotation keyed in the level sequence, and the location animation is exported correctly. Removing the empty transform track on the camera component in the sequence, and exporting it will export the rotation correctly.
