This issue occurs in Skeletal Mesh depending on the model when Skincache is enabled and affects the rendering.
1. Open Content Example Project and enable Support Compute Skin cache in Project Settings.
2. Open HeroTPP.
3. There is no problem when Recompute Tangent is Disable, but when enabled, Normal is incorrect.
