Description

Setting the world origin will not update existing Niagara particles.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Add a Niagara system to a level
  2. In the level blueprint add an event for the 1 key being pressed
  3. Add a flip flop node to the event.
  4. From the A of the flip flop call Set World Origin Location with an input of 10, 10, 10
  5. From the B call Set World Origin Location with an input of -10, -10, -10
  6. PIE and press 1 to see the effects of shifting the origin.

RESULT

Particles will not update with the rest of the world, and will be relative to the old origin, so they appear to move relative to everything else.

NOTE
This does not effect local space simulations, which can be used as a workaround, but does not work for trailing effects.
