Inline color picker doesn't end transaction

Description

Inline color picker doesn't end it's transaction. Looks to be a regression from: https://jira.it.epicgames.net/browse/UE-84386

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a level sequence
  2. Add a fade track
  3. Right click on the section area and look at Properties.
  4. Change the fade color, click away
  5. PIE.

RESULT: There will be an error acout the "Edit Fade Color" transaction
