Description

Nanite Meshes are visible inside the view when using Texture Streaming Accuracy Viewmodes, they are not recoloured

This includes all of the Optimization Viewmodes under Texture Streaming Accuracy:

  • Primitive Distance
  • Mesh UV Density
  • Material Texture Scales
  • Required Texture Resolution
Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame in UE5Editor
  2. In Content Browser > Search for BeachBall
  3. Open BeachBall in Static Mesh Editor
  4. In Details Panel > Enable Nanite
  5. Apply Changes
  6. Back in Main Editor > Drag Asset into Level
  7. Click Lit
  8. Hover over Optimization Viewmodes
  9. Select Primitive Distance

Results: Mesh + material is visible instead of being recoloured by the optimization view mode
