Reimporting a skeletal mesh causes "use high precision tangent basis" & "use full precision UVs" to reset and no longer being applied to the mesh.
Reported and tested in version 4.25.3(CL 13942748). Issue not occurring in versions 4.24.3(CL 11590370) and 4.23.1(CL 9631420).
Result: Build settings for "use high precision tangent basis" & "use full precision UVs" reset to unchecked and are not applied to the mesh anymore.
Expected:Build settings for "use high precision tangent basis" & "use full precision UVs" stay checked and are still applied to the mesh.
