When user promotes collapsed graph that has connection to custom event to macro, connection between that custom event and new macro is broken

  • This is not the case when directly collapsing selected nodes to Macro
  • This is not the case when promoting Collapsed Graph to Function

Issue is not reproducible on UE 4.25.3 CL 13942748

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame in UE4 Editor
  2. In the content browser locate QA_OrganizationTest and double-click it.
  3. In the Event Graph select all nodes connected to AddMesh Event node within the comment block labeled Nodes Setup for Horizontal Alignment .( Do not include event in selection )
  4. Right-click the Add Static Mesh Component node and select Collapse Nodes .
  5. Right-Click on CollapsedGraph and select Promote to Macro.

Actual result:

Connection is broken between Custom event and new Macro

Expected result:

Connection is preserved between Custom event and new Macro
