Not a regression as this also occurs in 4.25.4
Packaging does not work with BP Nativization on exclusive or inclusive (see [Link Removed])

Result: Packaging Fails with many errors and warnings such as error C2248: 'FPrimaryAssetType::Name': cannot access private member declared in class 'FPrimaryAssetType'
Expected: Packaging completes successfully
