Editor crash after using StaticComponentMaskParam​eter in a MaterialLayer

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the sample project from the attachment.
  2. Right-click the NewMaterial4 and create a material instance.
  3. Double-click the material instance.

The editor will crash and report the error "Assertion failed: (Index >= 0) & (Index < ArrayNum) [Link Removed] [Line: 674] Array index out of bounds: 0 from an array of size 0"
