Description

ChaosCaching plugin appears to break packaged games. No warnings/errors reported in the log or when attempting to open the produced .exe. My task manager does not show the game process running at all, however a couple background processes do open and close upon double clicking the .exe (BootStrappedPackagedGame and UE4).

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a blank C++ project
  2. Enable the ChaosCaching plugin and restart the editor
  3. Package for Windows
  4. After packaging completes, navigate to and run the <projectname>.exe

Result: .exe does not open, no crash reported, task manager does not show the game running

Expected: .exe opens as normal
