Description

It works in the PIE and standalone mode. But after packing the build, the animation won't start in runtime.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a BP Actor
  2. Add Skeletal Mesh Component and Actor Sequence Component 
  3. Add Skeletal Mesh to Actor Sequence and add animation under the Skeletal Mesh [Image Removed]
  4. 5. Add Key Event in the level BP to spawn the BP Actor. [Image Removed]
  5. 6. Pack the windows build.
  6. 7. Run the window build and press key to spawn the BP actor
