Description

It's easiest to see the change on the top of the table or back of the chairs when following the repro steps.

I've attached screenshots of the Windows and Linux comparison with Intensity set to 20. The top of the table on Linux is much darker and does not change regardless of the Intensity set.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Add the following line to ConsoleVariables.ini and restart the engine
    r.LightPropagationVolume = 1
  1. Create a blank bp project with starter content on
  2. Select the directional light and set mobility to movable and enable dynamic indirect lighting
  3. Drag a PostProcessVolume into the scene and ensure it covers the table and chairs. Make sure your perspective is within the PostProcessVolume
  4. Select the PostProcessVolume and enable Intensity underneath the "Light Propagation Volume"
  5. Scale the Intensity back and forth to look for lighting changes

Result: Light Propagation Volume's have no affect on the scene on Linux

Expected: Light Propagation Volume's change the scene
