Changing the scale of an actor with the level editor gizmo follows a very different codepath than changing it via the details panel. A side effect of this seems to be that line traces will no longer function as expected when the scale of a static mesh actor is changed via the gizmo, though this only reproduces with certain meshes.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a blueprint that performs an actor trace as pictured
  2. Add a Sphere and your trace BP to the level
  3. Start SIE and move the trace BP above the sphere, note that it correctly impacts the edge of the sphere
  4. Change the scale of the sphere using the details panel, note that the trace works as expected
  5. Change the scale of the sphere with the scale gizmo, note that the trace still impacts with the old location and never updates to the new sphere size

Note that this seems to only occur with the sphere, and may be related to how collision is calculated vs. simpler shapes
