Steps to Reproduce

Open the project [Link Removed]
Open the test map.
Open the Movie Render Queue window from the Window->Cinematics->Movie Render Queue
Click the Render button on the left top corner and add the NewLevelSequence
Click the Render(Local) button on the right bottom corner.
