Description

The issue is already fixed in UE5 by CL 14368553. This Jira is created for cherrypick into UE4

Steps to Reproduce

1、edit BasePassPixelShader.usf

2、‘CTRL + SHIFT + .’, the mesh shaders in the map won't update
