Description

Seamless travel seems to not be functioning properly.  With Run Under One Process set to false and Seamless travel enabled, the ServerTravel command is not bringing the server to the specified map.  With seamless travel set to false the host is able to connect to the new map but the client remains on the initial map. The issue occurred with or without a transition map specified.

The log shows this warning even when Run Under One Process is set to false:

Warning: CanServerTravel: Seamless travel currently NOT supported in single process PIE

Not a Regression

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Third Person Template Project
  2. Open the ThirdPersonGameMode Blueprint
  3. Set Use Seamless Travel to true, save and compile the blueprint
  4. In the Content Browser duplicate the ThirdPersonExampleMap and name it Map01
  5. In PIE Settings Set Net Mode to Play As Listen Server, 2 Clients, and Run Under One Process set to false
  6. Perform a PIE
  7. From the host use the command ServerTravel Map01

Result

Seamless travel does not occur and the server remains on the first map

Expected

Seamless travel occurs and the client and host are brought to Map01
