This problem is not reproduced in 4.25.
Register two appropriate Spawnable objects in the new sequencer.
Press the + button on one of them > Attach > Select the other one from the list of existing bindings
Register the sequencer in question as a shot to another sequencer, and when you look inside the shot from the master side, you will see that the ConstraintBindingID in the attach section is an unresolved binding.
