Sorting objects at EndLoad has a non-deterministic behavior

Description

This non-deterministic behavior is caused by sorting by program address.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the [Link Removed]on 4.26.2 
  2. Play in editor
  3. See log on the screen (You can see VB root_root = -1 or 68)
