Description

Disabling a shot from scripting will not affect evaluation of the sequence.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a master sequence
  2. Add a shot track to the sequence
  3. Add a new shot to the track
  4. Add a camera to the shot and a camera cut track
  5. Pilot the camera to a distinct location
  6. Repeat 3 to 5 to create a new section with a different camera view.
  7. Make sure the two sections are stacked on top of each other.
  8.  Lock the viewport to the shot track
  9.  Create an editor utility widget with a button, and copy the graph from the attached image
  10. Run the widget
  11. Select the top shot, and click the button on the widget

RESULT

The shot section will be grayed out in the UI, and it will be listed as deactivated in the UI, but the camera will remain in the same place. Compare to deactivating from the UI, where the camera will switch to the second track.
