unreal.py stub can overload IDE parsing limits

Description

We should consider splitting this into separate per-module files that are merged together via imports. Any strong dependencies (eg, inheritance) need to import the type being inherited.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Enable Python for a project, and enable Developer Mode in the Python settings.
  2. Observe that the unreal.py stub file for IDE auto-complete can get very large.
