Splitting a struct pin on a function node does not display tool tips on resulting struct member pins

Splitting a struct pin on a function node does not display tooltips for the resulting struct member pins. 

upd. Regression was checked on //UE4/Release-4.26 CL 15973114, issue wasn't reproduced. Regression - YES

• Create a function with a struct input or output
• Add that function node to a graph
• Right click on the struct pin and click "Split Struct Pin"
• Hover over the new struct member pins and notice that the tool tips are not displayed
