Movie Render Queue dirties Sequences and Requests checkout after a render

This seems to be a regression of [Link Removed]

1. Open the Content Examples project (or another project already in source control)
2. Ensure the project is connected to source control
3. Enable the MRQ plugin
4. Add a sequence to the queue, I tested with LevelScripting_Master
5. Render (Local)

RESULT:

The sequence will be dirtied, and there will be a dialog asking for the file to be checked out after the render completes
