Description

In 4.27 immediately upon adding an output to the default function that output can be edited without needing to be compiled. In Preview 2 once an output is added the Blueprint Interface needs to be compiled and the function reselected in order for the name and data type of the output to be editable.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new Blank Project without Starter Content with Preview 2
  2. Create a new Blueprint Interface
  3. Select the default function(user reported a new function has the same behavior)
  4. Select the + next to the output

Expected Results:

The Variable name and data type should be editable like it was in 4.27

Actual Results:
The new output is greyed out until the Blueprint Interface is compiled and the function is reselected. User reported just reselecting the function may cause the same behavior as adding the pin deselects the function.
