Description

Niagara particles with collision slide in the direction of World +Y-axis after the point they should have stopped. If the user uses multiple systems in the same spot all the emitters appear to bounce and move along the +Y-axis until they disappear.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create new UE5 project using First Person template
  2. Create new Niagara Fountain system
  3. Add Collision module to Particle Update
  4. Change particle lifetime to 'DirectSet', value 40.0
  5. Change Minimum/Maximum velocity in 'Add Velocity (InCone)' module to 200.0/300
  6. Compile & save the emitter.
  7. Drag and place the new Niagara System to the floor of the map
  8. Duplicate the system 15 times

Expected Result : Particles will roll to a stop after spawning

Actual Result : Particles will "bounce" along the ground and will not stop until despawned
