Pressing the focus key twice in a Niagara System's preview window causes the preview to lose orbit around the system when moving

Pressing the focus key twice in a Niagara System's preview window causes the preview to lose orbit around the system. Upon pressing the focus key again, the orbit remains lost. Alt + Left-Click also does not allow orbiting around the Niagara system. Upon closing and reopening the Niagara System, orbit does come back.

Tested this in //UE4/Release-4.27 @ CL#18319896 and the issue occurred there, it is not a regression.

1. Create a new Blank BP project
2. Right-click in the Content Browser and choose Niagara System
3. Utilize New system from selected emitters(s) and select Fountain then create.
4. Open up the new Niagara system
5. Click into the Preview Window and move around by holding left-mouse
   • Notice how the camera orbits around the Niagara System
6. Double-Press 'F' (The focus key)
7. Try moving around again with left-mouse

Results: Camera no longer orbits around the Niagara System, upon press the focus key again, the camera still does not orbit around the Niagara System.
Expected: Camera retains orbit around the Niagara System when the focus key is double-pressed.
