This is a regression from 4.27.2 CL18319896
The favorites category within the User Widget's palette no longer stores more than 1 favorite at a time. Each time a new favorite is starred it replaces the previous favorite.
Expected Results:
Multiple Widget Components are added to the Favorite menu
Actual Results:
Only 1 favorite is stored at a time.
