Description

The viewport is shifted by the IVideoRecordingSystem::SetRecording call.
This problem occurs in play standalone mode and packaged build running as window mode. (not occur in fullscreen mode)
The viewport is aligned correctly when the window is moved or resized.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. open attached project on 4.27 or 5.0 engine [Link Removed]
  2. once open the project, play standalone game
  3. see the screen

 

Result

The viewport is shifted to left top corner.
