Description

Unable to delete foliage after it's been duplicated in a WP map.

Steps to Reproduce

Create/Open a WP map.
Paint foliage onto a static mesh.
Duplicate the static mesh.
Try to use the Foliage erase tool to delete either original or duplicated foliage.
