Steps to Reproduce

1. create a new NiagaraSystem and add the Fountain emitter.

2. change the Cone Axis and Cone Angle parameters in the Add Velocity module.

3. When you copy and paste the Add Velocity module, the Cone Axis and Cone Angle parameters are set to the default values.

There are parameters in Niagara's AddVelocity module that will not be copied and pasted.
