Layered blend per bone node with blend mask setting in an animation BP will not work after restarting UE editor, until recompiling the anim BP manually.
Steps to Reproduce
Create a new project with Third Person template added.
Open the project with UE5.0.3 and modify the ABP_Manny asset like this

Recompile the anim BP open the default level and play in editor, everything work as expected.
Restart the UE editor, and play again, you will found the affect of the blend per bone node is gone.
Open ABP_Manny and recompile it, everything is normal again.
