Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce (a sample project is attached to the UDN):

  1. Put a volume and set bGenerateOverlapEventsDuringLevelStreaming=true.
  2. Set PlayerStart so that the player initially overlaps on the volume.
  3. Move the player out of the volume during BeginPlay.

Expected:

Both BeginOverlap and EndOverlap events are notified.

Actual (UE 4.27.2):

Only BeginOverlap event is notified, EndOverlap is not notified.
