Description

Regression: Tested in UE5/Release-5.0, this issue also occurs meaning regression is no.

The Niagara System appears to jitter whenever a force is applied after the Rotate Around Point module. If the Rotate Around Point module is placed after any forces, the System creates a ring that does not move in any direction.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new Niagara System with the Fountain Template
  2. In Emitter Properties, enable Local Space
  3. In Initialize Particle, set the Lifetime Mode to Direct Set
  4. Set the Lifetime to 25.0
  5. Under Particle Update, add a Linear Force module
  6. Set the Force to 300, 0, 0
  7. Under Particle Update, add a Rotate Around Point module
  8. In Rotate Around Point, set the Rotation Rate to 0.1
  9. Set the Radius to 100
  10. Place the Rotate Around Point module above the Linear Force module
  11. Disable Shape Location, Add Velocity, Gravity Force, Drag, and Scale Color modules
  12. Place the Niagara System in the level

Actual Result: The Niagara System creates a helix moving positively in the X axis while also jittering

Expected Result: The particles respect the existing forces applied to it, and don't jitter as they rotate around the point and move positively in the X axis
