UAT generates invalid package name for Gauntlet Automation Test

Steps to Reproduce

prerequisites

  • Have EngineTest project sync and editor built

repro

  1. Package and archive EngineTest project for PS4 Development

result
The .pkg generated is using only the Content ID as path name:
'TT0000-TEST95755_00-ENGINETEST000000-A0100-V0100.pkg'

expected
the .pkg name include the build configuration in the name:
'TT0000-TEST95755_00-ENGINETEST000000_01.00-01.00_EngineTest-PS4-Development.pkg'
