1. Open world partition level on the editor
2. (optional) Turn on WorldSettings > World Partition Setup > Runtime Setting > Preview Grids
3. Place a large StaticMesh across the world partition grids
4. Enter Foliage Mode
5. Place some foliage instances on both sides of the gridline on the StaticMesh
6. Exit Foliage Mode
7. Select StaticMesh and move the static mesh in either direction (one direction occurs issue because of processing order)
