Show flags in Viewport do not persist after actor selection with GameView enabled

Steps to Reproduce
  1. In the viewport, enable Game View
  2. Disable mode widget (Show > Advanced > Mode widgets)
  3. Notice the gizmo disappear on the currently selected actor
  4. Select an actor

RESULT

The gizmo returns.
