Montage sections are not respected when auto blend out is off

1. Open the Third Person Template
2. Create a new montage "TestMontage"
3. Add a sequence to the "Default" section
4. Add  a new section, lets call it "NotLinkedSection"
5. Add a sequence to the "NotLinkedSection"
6. Remove the link between the sections (go to Montage Sections Panel)
7. Toggle off the "Enable Auto Blend Out" flag.
8. Add any input to play the test montage on the ABP_Manny, ensure only the section its set to "Default"
9. Start PIE, trigger montage to play via input and observe how both section are played.
