Description

WorldPartionActorDescs will be restored to the correct properties when resaved.
They can also be fixed by the WorldPartitionResaveActorsBuilder commandlet.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Place some LevelInstances on a world partitioned level
  2. Migrate the level to another project
  3. Open the another project and open the migrated level
    1. Make sure all level instances are placed at correct location in editor viewport
  4. Start PIE

Result: 

All level instances move to the origin (0,0,0)

 

Expected Result:

All level instances are in the correct position in all game sessions.
