Matinees using InterpData Files saved in Content Browser cannot export movies

Matinees which are referencing InterpData created in the Content Browser cannot export movies via the Movie Button in Matinee Editor.

You receive this error:

Quick Repro: Open Attached Project and attempt to Export Movie via Matinee's Movie Icon

1. Open QAGame Editor
2. Add an InterpData to the Content Browser
3. Create a New Matinee in the Level
4. Assign the created InterpData to the New Matinee
5. Open the Matinee
6. Configure a series of Matinee moves and Material Changes in Matinee
7. Click Movie to export the resultant Matinee to an AVI (Movie File)

RESULTS: Told of External References and not allowed to export Movie

EXPECTED: Able to export the Movie (The Matinee runs fine in Editor and in Packaged setups with no errors thrown.)
