Mouse movements during Simulate will slightly move Skeletal Mesh actors that are simulating physics. This also effects physics assets in the PhAT editor during simulate. The effect is small but I was able to reproduce it in 4.17 using the Third Person Character asset as well.
Results: The simulated assets will slightly move/jiggle when the mouse is moved around the viewport
Expected: For the mouse moving around the viewport to not effect the simulated asset in any way
