Can Not Skip to Next Frame in Animation Composites

Within a new Animation Composite, the To Next and To Previous buttons do not move to the animations next or previous frame.

1. Open attached project
2. Open NewAnimComposite
3. Zoom into the timelines so the individual frames are visible
4. Click the To Next option that is in between Play and To End(See screenshot attached)
5. See nothing changes
6. Select To Previous that is in between Reverse and To Front(See screenshot attached)
7. See nothing changes

Expected: Animation moves to next or previous frame
Result: Animation does not move to next or previous frame
