Stereo layers with depth render translucency as black on Oculus Quest

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project.
  2. Set the "map" level as the startup map
  3. Package for android, deploy to Quest device
  4. Run

On 4.22.3, the translucency shows up as black; on 4.23 the translucent stereo layer renders as a 'default gray' material.
